Plain words about places, deposits and changes. Sample text: replace it with your own terms before you publish.
A deposit holds your place. We confirm it by email.
Up to 30 days before: we return the deposit minus a 10% handling fee. Between 30 and 14 days: we keep the deposit, or move it to another edition once. Less than 14 days: no refund, but you may pass your place to a friend.
If weather, safety or too few people mean we cannot go, you choose: a full refund or a place on the next edition.
The retreat takes place high in the mountains. Tell us about any heart condition, pregnancy or past altitude sickness before you book. Travel insurance that covers altitude is strongly advised.
We may take a few photos of the group. We will always ask before sharing any photo where you can be recognised.
